 Therapy for Deeper Understanding and
Meaningful Change

Depth-oriented therapy

for teens, adults, and couples,

grounded in connection and clinical insight

My Approach

I believe that we all possess an innate drive towards emotional wellness and resilience. Often, that drive can feel inaccessible to us, so buried that we may have reached adulthood without having ever truly known it. This drive may be obscured by complex parts of us that have developed as we have interacted with a flawed world: parts that may hold us back from hoping, taking risks, trusting others, or confronting darkness in our lives.

With the courage to really look at these parts, we can begin learning how to best relate to them: how to work within our own unique systems to create positive change. The effective therapeutic relationship creates the safe conditions to strengthen that courage and understanding together.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy. I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful clinical insight to our work. We may explore the deeper roots of a concern while also developing practical, actionable ways to navigate emotions.

I integrate IFS, CBT, DBT, Gottman Couples’ Therapy, and somatic approaches based on each client's needs. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to develop a deeper understanding of yourself that creates greater freedom, connection, and capacity for meaningful change.
